Why would you buy an S2 at the moment especially at this price when potentially S3 will be out in September

because the general consensus and all the so called "Apple leaks" there are no new features on Ultra 3 when compared to Ultra 2 as per my understanding.

FYI, this is the model without the blood-oxygen sensor. I believe back in early July they had a sale on the ones with blood-oxygen sensors for approx $727. I got one with apple care for a total of $837 + tax. I am finding the used ones now for $735 + tax.

lol it still means that this model more then likely will get cheaper as the newer model is released……

Also do some research amazon had some s2 for $639 in the last month or 2

Do some more research within the last couple of months amazon had them for $639 so you didn't get a deal

While it wasn't every band,, it still sets the price of what's a good price….

Model ending in LW/A is the one without Blood oxygen sensor. Model ending in LL/A is the one with the Blood oxygen sensor.

My understanding is that Apple removed the feature via firmware (blood oxygen) from any watch sold after January 18 2024. I'm curious how Amazon was able to sell the Ultra 2 in July 2024 with the blood oxygen sensor. Interesting!
