It can sometimes be due to shipping to areas that are hot, as its chocolate it would probably melt if it was left outside.
Weird that it only applies to those two flavors though. I just tried the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor and no problems. So it's either those two particular flavors or maybe because the coupon on those two flavors have something to do with it.
