This L20 supposedly resolves that issue by adding a pair of LED lights so it will recognize objects in dark... so it has better object recognition overall
also, bigger battery, higher vacuum, and also it has mop that extends out on the sides, bigger water reservior etc
imo its worth exactly about $150-$200 better
compared to L10s ultra, the LED light made a huge difference in object avoidence in darker room
bigger water tank and battery helps too
station is much bigger though so i had to find a new spot
all accessories are compatible w L10s except the detergent tank, but it looks to be refillable as well.
