I ordered the c2 chair recently. It arrived with two small holes in the backing the pad on the arm rest was partially detached. The seat was also hard as a rock.

They provided a full refund. I also bought the cheapest desk which meets my expectations. All this to say, don't order chairs from a desk company, order desks.

I can't blame them for trying to branch out, but they should stay in their lane.

LOL I like how we all have "Standing" desks just so we can have our food at the perfect height so we SIT and eat it.

There's no way someone with arms designed those armrests...

Then again, the whole chair has "I'm never at my desk" vibes.
