Looks like a decent budget basement/gaming TV.

This TV actually has decent brightness for the price (~500 nits) and does 120Hz at 1080p and 1440p with a wide VRR range and Gsync/Freesync compatibility. I'd totally buy it if I didn't get the $230 55" TCL deal a few weeks ago.
For something in a office where it wont get much serious movie watching use, I would make that change in a heart beat and pocket the money, especially with how bad the economy and market has been going, especially today after that open.

I ordered the 75" from Best buy for 479. I'm curious to hear others opinions on this set.

Not the best tv, but at $348 it's a good deal. I picked it up a month ago when it was $399 trying to get the difference now

Would you say this would be a solid tv for a bedroom? Or do you mind elaborating on how it's been after a month owning it?
Does it have decent brightness?
Decent app response?
Remote any good?

Ah man, I just bought a TCL Qm7 for $700 because the deal for the Q6 was for a 55"… I know the qm7 is way better of a TV but can't help thinking about returning it for the much cheaper one here for the office since I won't even be using it that often

Honestly, I bought a 65inch TCL on black Friday for about $250 and I do not regret my purchase one bit. You cannot beat the quality for the price you pay. I have a bunch of apps and never see any issues with them. I did buy the pro remote so I can talk to my TV though.

No local dimming on a 65 inch TV is tough. And no HDMI 2.1 makes the 120hz a little impractical for console gaming (can't run 4k at 120hz). But not surprised those features aren't on a TV at this price and overall seems like a good deal on a budget 65".

Lol I remember when "QLEDs" were first popping up 5-6 years ago. 100% a marketing thing to make it seem close to an OLED, when in reality it's pretty much a regular LED tv.
