A reviewer mentioned that it actually doesn't come with the safeties. It includes a picture of the yellow cage and circles the safeties, saying the following:

"When I received this item I was missing 2 important metal bars. I contacted the seller and they responded that they stop including those side metal-bars and they needed to upgrade the description. (meaning an incomplete rack). They assured me they would send me one and asked for my address. It's been a week since I gave them my address and I heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I kept messaging them yet they keep ignoring me. They were fast to ask for my address and seem like were going to help but GHOSTED me just like all the other reviews of people saying so. THIS HAS BECOME A HUGE HEADACHE AND NOW I NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO RETURN THIS INCOMPLETE CAGE. I'm ACTUALLY furious because I was already about to return the cage but the seller assured me they'd ship it so i decided to put it together. Now I don't know how I can return this junk. ANY OTHER SELLER IS BETTER. TRUST ME. ANYWAY YOU GET AN INCOMPLETE CAGE. They literally ran out of the parts and are straight ripping people off now."

This reviewer is clearly a bit... passionate, but it's worth pointing out in case anybody is buying this specifically needing the safeties.

If you're going to get a pullup station get the ones with four posts, I have the two post station and it's wobbly.

I see most of the attachments are out of stock. Anyone know if those get replenished? Or is this getting discontinued?

Also, it's an odd size 2.5 x 2.5, instead of standard 2x2 or 3x3. So will have a hard time finding safeties for it, or any other attachments.

The yellow version at least appears to come with safeties.

This is a good price for a power rack. But if you have the means, I would suggest spending a little more for the Fitness Reality on Amazon.

The reason being that the rear crossbar for this rack is not set back from the uprights. So the head of your bench is going to be too far forward to comfortably rack weights when bench pressing inside the rack. It can be done but it's not the most ergonomic. You can bench outside the rack but then you won't have the safety pins which is not ideal.

If this is all your budget can afford though, it's not a terrible option. But it has drawbacks that can't be fixed. And it's expensive to buy a new one and a pain to get rid of the old one.

Yeah my frame is ~2.35" which is super weird imo. That said, I was able to find HulkFit accessories on amazon that fit this weird dimension 100% and it works great. But yeah, your options for cage accessories is limited

THanks for the tip on the hulkfitness stuff, I got my cage today and there are no safety bars so I was going to DIY something but will see if they have something first. Might just go with the $40 safety straps.

OK sorry. I only clicked on the link quickly. I'm not in the market at all for this, just giving my feedback on the product itself which I have a lot of experience with. It definitely used to include the safety pins with the rack.

If the safety pins are not included and not easily purchased for a very low price, I would definitely suggest looking at Fitness Reality instead. They used to include safety pins with their rack, I don't know if they do anymore, so double check before purchasing.

Luckily there have been a lot of somewhat off-brand manufacturers getting into the home gym space over the past couple years. A lot of options on the lower end now that are not from the more well-known guys (REP, rogue, etc).

Agreed. Pipe safeties can be had that fit. The bigger problem is any accessories: weight storage pins, dip attachments, monolift arms, go nuts. Nothing for a 2x2 rack will fit. I purchased one when this was originally posted and just assumed it was 2x2. For most users it may not matter. It does come with two sets of (crappy) j-hooks.
