I was kicking myself for not picking up the $100 deal. But I think I'm still happiest with the $200 deal last week that included 2X 5.0 high output batteries. More than enough juice for around the home, and I have additional 5.0 to fill in any gaps in charging. But certainly a good deal for tool-only

I like M12 stuff but what could this realistically cut before the battery dies?
I have the Gen 1 of this tool and have used it to build a small shed and tree house for my kids. Its not the most powerful, but the light weight of it makes it handy. Its not a tool I would really worry about the number of cuts you make useless you only have the 2.0 batteries. I had it on a tether when building the tree house and was glad it was not my rear handle the couple times I dropped it.

I personally think people get to hung up on wanting the biggest tool vs have the best tools for the job. I would rather spend a few extra dollars and tools that fit the job. Than have 1 big tool that can do it all. But might not do it the best.
