After that the USB charging got wonky. It's a little spotty when using 1 port and generally can't do more than one port at all they'll just all stop working entirely if trying to use more than 1.
At around the one year mark the power outlets themselves started doing the same thing. Had 1 outlet that still worked fine so kept the alarm clock plugged in there. The other two outlets sometimes worked fine and other times just didn't work at all.
Didn't bring it back with me so never got around to seeing what went wrong with it or volt testing anything.
It made it the full year without catching fire though so that's pretty good for a random non UL certified product.
One of the phones being charged periodically on it did end up with a fried battery that would no longer hold charge but I have no evidence that it the was the Anker things fault it's just as likely it was a defective battery.
I will say that whatever your idea of how small this product is you're probably wrong. Think like novelty fuzzy dice that hang from mirrors. It's as wide as most wall outlet plates and is a cube so sticks out that far as well and blocks both plugs.

So does the USB-C do 20 watts, or 15? That wording, '15w total shared output across all 3 ports' is making me lose interest.
Or should their technical writer have said, "15w per port when all three in use?"
