I love how this can automatically choke the desk agent when she says its oversized for a carryon.

I find her lack of tape measures disturbing.

ful is actually a pretty well-known brand, been around for years. I bought a laptop type bag from them nearly 20 years ago that came with a built-in battery charger and it's still in perfect condition today. my wife also bought a Mickey Mouse version of this exact type of suitcase only slightly larger at Marshall's several years ago and it's still rock solid, wheels and all.

Delta managed to shatter this completely so it is not as durable as other fül products. I guess the embossing made the plastic weaker. I would not purchase again.
