Honestly , I don't think this is just a kids tablet. It is good for more than 90% of tablet users.

We bought two of these for my kids from target a few months back while they were $250 after years of shitty fire tablets. Worth every penny. Kids can actually play the games without crazy lab and crashing. Fantastic kids tablet.

i have a 2nd gen ipad that runs perfectly fine.. still has an amazing display.. runs smooth.. the only thing holding it back is the software that apple chooses to stop supporting and app devs that stop supporting it(which is prob by apple's hand, too). if it still got updates.. it'd still be usable. like, apple and devs could choose to still push out updates, but then how is apple supposed to force consumers to buy new stuff, right? software is the limiting factor... not so much the hardware. apple isn't our friend.. it chooses/forces to make things obsolete. so i agree... buying this would be a mistake for long term use.

All these comments about good deal to give to kids while a middle aged man like myself had been enjoy using this same tablet for the last couple of years😞. I think I'm going to find a good mirror and self reflect for a while.

I would think that complaining how slow it is would be reserved for the 10 and below
