I bought these last deal. I also own a lot of Gerber and Kershaw knives. So you can see I'm not a high-end knife guy. But I've been happy with the three knives I got from this deal/vendor. They open and close very well. They seem well made. Yes, the steel isn't the best, but I think it's pretty good for this price point. The edges have kept their edge after whittling with my son a bunch of times. And at this price, you don't care when your son starts using them as throwing knives. :-)

Pretty decent knives. Sharp and hold an edge reasonably well. The action on the two with clips is a little goofy but not a dealbreaker by any means. For this price you've got a knife for EDC and a couple to stash in your vehicle or around home. Would recommend

Hope you know that the clip model blade must be released by pushing down the thumb stud and hopefully that is the problem you are having. Had the same thoughts before I realized it was a locking blade. Is not a knife to really flick open but I have no problem with the action which is smooth once the blade is released. I like the feature as it stops any accidental deployment.

Low price but great knives that can last a lifetime and have extradentary builds, usability and durability considering cost. Have never had a sanrenmu fail in any way over decades of use.
