Pricing was changed last night but nothing was increased like you said.
Maybe one increase I remember was the 7inch bauer polishing pads went from 9.99 to 10.99 (10% increase), that does not make it qualify (for this sale) unless you have the itc membership.
If anything some clearance items went to closeout pricing which went down in cost.

Also, ignore the five item limit. In store it'll work on an unlimited number of items per transaction.
I am not sure that getting $3 off a few items is enough incentive to become a ITC member.
