No they don't. Stores don't have the time or man power to hang new price tags just to screw you over for a weekend coupon.

100% WRONG. I work there and did the actual price change last night.

Pricing was changed last night but nothing was increased like you said.

Maybe one increase I remember was the 7inch bauer polishing pads went from 9.99 to 10.99 (10% increase), that does not make it qualify (for this sale) unless you have the itc membership.

If anything some clearance items went to closeout pricing which went down in cost.

Don't see anything like this mentioned in the ITC coupon:

"Coupon cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or prior purchases including Inside Track Club member prices."

Does this mean this coupon will stack with ITC discounted prices?

Historically it has not stacked with ITC prices but does stack with clearance and similar store markdowns.

Also, ignore the five item limit. In store it'll work on an unlimited number of items per transaction.

They usually give the ITC members a day or two head start before the rest of the public can get in on a sale. This time they are excluding everyone that is not an ITC member.

I am not sure that getting $3 off a few items is enough incentive to become a ITC member.

$6 off for a $20 item. I finally bit the bullet and purchased an ITC membership a few weeks back when there was an no-price-cap 20% off coupon for members; purchased a blast cabinet and concrete mixer on separate days. I stuck to the $10 and under items for non-members for a few of these type sales prior, but it's nice to expand your possibilities into the $20 and under tier.

What a bunch of bull, Harbor Freight is not scamming you, they advertise the price you go in and buy it. If they have a sale a day later or you missed a sale that does not mean you got scammed. Learn what the word means before using it.
