Last 6 characters of coupon code is different for me. Seems to be targeted with specific code.

I haven't tried it yet myself but from the Costco webpage where you by the Instacart webpage there are instructions listed.

Log in or create an account
Build a basket
Upon checkout, select Add promo code or Instacart Gift Card
Enter code and redeem
Before placing your order ensure that the Gift Card credit checkbox is checked under the payment section
