You can't explain away a 33% dissatisfaction rate. Something is badly wrong. Assuming what you are saying is true, there are a lot of people buying these and using them improperly. That's something that needs to be fixed.

then you should buy a no name $100 Amazon board and be happy. Newbs always complain about items without knowing how to setup and use correctly. It's never their ignorance so they blame it on the item. If you were a p boarder, you would know they have a stellar rep.

Their rep is in the gutter with this product. You don't need a PhD in paddle boarding to be a "p boarder" - you just need to use one.

I'm just looking at the data and seeing that there is a big problem with this product. If I was an owner of that company I'd be making it a priority to find out why people are giving my product such bad reviews so I could then go and deal with the problem. If they're a good company they won't just shrug their shoulders and blame it on their customers.
