This tablet is incredibly sluggish just on basic web browsing. It only has 3gb ram so it can't keep anything open very long in the background.

It's probably because your storage is almost full. Honestly, 64GB storage is pitiful

3GB RAM is shameful. Apple knew it. The amount of RAM is not mentioned in the product "Technical Specifications". If fact, the very word "RAM" is nowhere to be found. Those smart people know how to hide things. Sigh.

With that said, this ipad still is 100% usable, despite 3GB RAM and 64GB storage in my experience. How? You may ask. I don't download many apps. I'm using about 12GB of the 64GB.
