You have to be lucky though. I saw a person ask an associate and said they weren't able to do that. It just depends on the associate assisting you I assume.

Seems like they might have gotten smart, but the internet says "we couldn't find a match based on your selection" in searching for the 9th gen online. They just have refurbished ones for 15% off it seems like.
Update: my target management is aware and will only let the associate do one or the other. Even though the guy said there's nothing in the system from stopping them from price matching the the circle.

Target has changed promo now. It's no longer $130 off. It's $199 in cart offer. So pm
With Amazon and stacking with circle won't work anymore
