In terms of power supplied you are correct (which is why I also stated the DRX 3.4 had slightly less power), but a key about the DRX 3.4 is that it has full preouts so you can hook up an external amp to 9 channels (vs 11 on the RZ50) -- this feature is missing from the 7100 and 305 (which dont have any preouts) and only in the Onkyo RZ50 and Pioneer 505. If desiring using external amps this would be a dealbreaker for the 7100 or 305 but possible with the DRX 3.4 (making the lesser power not even matter). Otherwise its got same functionality as RZ50 (less 2 channels processed so youd be limited to 5.1.4 with 4 atmos vs 7.1.4 with rear surrounds and 4 atmos)

You can just as easily understand that the extra 2 channel processing on the RZ50/DRX5.4 is a "bonus". You are willfully downplaying one major feature for another for no discernable reason. What if I use pre-outs and never plan to use 11 channels? sigchidj is correct. It is between a 7100 and RZ50. You plugging your ears and closing your eyes doesn't change that.

Very tempted... but I'd love some input. Between the Integra 3.4 9.2, Sony AZ3000ES 9.2, and Denon XR 3800H 9.4, which one do you think offers the best value for money? I'm especially interested in features, future-proofing, and how they'd pair with Klipsch RP II speakers

The Sony doesn't have preputs for separate amps. The Denon has 4 sub outs. The Integra has Dirac.

Preouts and dirac are the standout features on the Integra.

I got the Denon X3800H during Prime day, so far it's been the best AVR I've had since my OG Marantz(which lasted 12 years)

I have the 3800H and love it. The bass shaker dedicated sub out is amazing. But really, it's about the sound profile you're looking for. Denons are warmer sounding to my ears. Yamaha are more crisp and technical. Never heard an Integra.

How does a dedicated bass shaker sub out differ from a normal sub out?

Probably doesn't apply equalization like normal sub out.

This is onkyos high end. Just like marantz is denon's high end. Made by same company, just higher end and more made for custom installers.

Yes and you get to choose whether to apply tone control or bypass

Its same as Onkyo and Pioneer only geared towards installers and its actually considered the highest end of their offerings. Same components as equivalent Onkyo or Pioneer for most part but maybe more inputs/outputs and more hardware settings. One example is this model has 3 12V triggers for turning on external amps, fans, etc. where the Onkyo and Pioneers I believe have 1. This model doesnt look as sexy as the Onkyo RZ50 but is expected to be shoved in a theater closed and hooked up to amps by an installer.

This particular model is basically a Onkyo TX RZ50 with slightly less power but keeping DIRAC and preouts and everything else.
