These are a little better than their others as far as macros go. I split them in half and consider it 18 bars instead of 9. 150 calories, 5 carbs (15 if you consider maltitol half carbs), 15 protein.

Sucralose in small amounts will never harm you. Only if you loaded up on 50 bars would it become a problem, but then you have bigger issues to worry about.
I'm a PM and these are great to have in your bag when you get stuck somewhere that it isn't feasible to go get lunch. The don't taste bad, but aren't good enough to tempt you to abuse them.

Picked these up at ALDIs for approx $1 each- they're excellent and one of the best tasting protein bars- also no stomach issues after and I've been thru 12+
Fyi… many of these have soy protein, soybean oil, palm oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, and more soy baked into other ingredients, etc. Check the ingredients if that kinda stuff matters to you.

The Soy Protein that scored 1.00 is the isolate and 0.91 Soy is not to clear any confusions.
