+1 for the deal, might grab one as an extra. It's not the world's fanciest headlamp but it works for casual camping and home use, batteries last a long time without any maintenance.
I assume they're liquidating the old battery powered headlamps for rechargeable models and these will continue to go for cheap.
Complaints
The switch to turn it on doesn't make a lot of sense. If you push the power button, you have to hit it several times to get to your previous use setting. Push the other button if you want to use the mode you last used. When I use it, I have to remind myself not to push the power button. It's not a big problem, it's just not as intuitive as it should be.

pros and cons to both really. if your headlamp dies in the dark it's obviously better to swap batteries than to have to recharge, but in all other scenarios i find rechargeable to be better. i always have a power bank with me when camping etc
