Stop clutching your pearls and learn to read. It specifically says the way to disable an AirTag is to remove the battery. Your statement that "Apple allowed other iphone users to disable it without even touching it" is wrong and documented in the links you links you share a "proof."

There's even a screenshot showing that the steps to disable it require you to open the device and remove the battery.

I've had all the Tile-like trackers before AirTag. They just don't work and don't have the community to support it since this is a crowdsourced device.

When did they do this? All I can find are instructions on how to disable alerts for their own phone, or to disable it they must find it and remove the battery.
