Something to be aware of. Sunflower oil has a very high linoleic acid percentage (more than 65%), which has been linked to several health issues (promotes inflation, brain health, heart disease, fatty liver...). I just learned this recenlty, so wanted to share. Its advised to avoid seed oils for these reasons. Healthier alternatives are olive oil, avocado oil, beef fat (tallow), and coconut oil.

Too bad the Sprouts app is trash just as much as WholeFoods'. It's 2024, even Publix shows the aisle# where to get the product but finding anything new at Sprouts or WF is a challenge; and of course the employees are clueless but I don't blame them, it's almost impossible to know anything that's not in your dept.

I like Sprouts but I agree that their app is clunky.

I usually just go once a month now and in one big swoop do all of my deals from Aisle, Social Nature and any store digital coupons that I want to use.

Another thing I've noticed at Sprouts is that many products are only sold in specific regions .

Thanks for posting this, OP!

I also had a digital coupon for B1G1on the juice shot, so combining that with the aisle offer would result in 2 for free

Don't compare anyone to Publix, they're light years ahead of almost everyone. It's too bad all they sell are groceries…

I'll take Sprouts over WF, but only by a small margin.

I've switched back to straight butter, use a small small amount, and it's been so much better for my pans, makes all my pans nonstick, and the flavor is better.

I am only seeing two varieties of this oil at my store and the prices are $9.99 and $14.99, nothing for $4.99. Thanks for sharing the Sprouts deals tho! I miss the monthly FREE coupons.
