Also this would break so many state business ordinances. California would be a prime example with their franchise relation act. Go back to 2010 when McDonalds tried to enforce deals on their franchise owners to deals that made them lose a ton of money and the lawsuits flowed. In my state, all franchise owners have to have an option to opt out of corporate promotions.

I have 2 stores that accepts BOGO coupons but I told my self not to order anymore because the length may be footlong, the thickness of the sandwich is horrible. They are DEFINITELY not putting normal amount of stuff in there anymore.

My wife and I placed orders this morning for 4 breakfast sandwiches. Super dry and bland with only meat and a very light sprinkling of cheese. No egg. Inside my bag was a scribbled note, "no egg, sorry". Only the one employee and no other customers in the store but she couldn't verbally say something to me about it.

LOL NOT SO ! The corporate office employed my company to do a taste test in a franchise. All the customer had to do was order the one particular sandwich we requested with a coupon we handed them. The owner said "NO"
He let me know it was HIS establishment and he was not going to be a part of any taste test.

Tried at my local subways where they never used to allow bogo but it works now. Of course footlong prices are $10-$16 each now. Worth it for bogo and I used cash app for 5% off

One of my children works in Walmart and even the employees wont eat in the Subway. Their number one complaint is the Subway people leave their aprons on when using the bathroom.

So this happened to me. I ordered a bogo at around 10 pm... drove 5 miles out of my way to a 24-hour subway, as well the other ones were closed. Depending on the subs you get there are coupons for 2 foot longs for $12.99 and one for 3 foot longs for $17.99

I believe they exclude The Beast and The Monster but other "Series" subs are included. I usually either get the Ultimate B.M.T. ($14.29) or the Outlaw ($14.49; steak and cheese). So with the 2 for $12.99 its actually better than BOGO
