I would not recommend these for exercising. Cotton absorbs a lot of water and takes a long time to dry. They also have very thin straps. If you are moving around a lot, or wear a backpack on top, you might see these straps dig into your skin.
I also don't think it's the best idea to have a bra that you have to stretch to get onto your body made of a fabric that is not itself stretchy (unless this is cotton blend and not 100% cotton). I would prefer something that has a closure. There are bras with a front closure, if you are looking for something that you put on faster.

TBH, I've never once heard of a 'bralette'... (and I'm a middle-aged dude).
