Can I purchase 1 phone, get the store credit, and place a 2nd order and use said store credit?
You may be able to order one phone now, wait for it to ship, wait for the Store Credit to be added to your account, and then buy the second phone. However, this is a pre-sale and the phones are expected to ship starting August 22nd, with some shipping as late as September 4th. And there's the chance that the model and color you want will be sold out by then. As such, you may miss the $200 Google Store Credit promo.

"Phones sent for trade-in must be received within 30 days of initiation of trade-in process, provided the purchased device has not been returned during that time."
Says new phone won't arrive until Sept 10-17th. I ran into this issue last time and bought a different way because of it, really frustrating. It's so much easier to transfer everything and swap 2-factor/authenticators with both phones in hand.
