3. Trade instore = no headache vs. send in trade to Google's 3rd party
4. Easy return/replacement should there be some defects. Google CS is horrid.
Though a $100 Best Buy gift card is better for most people than a $100 Google Store credit, so that's a factor too.

Is it just me, or is that kinda silly?
Make sure you check the BB trade-in wizard for the carrier, etc. and I found some models didn't get the full $799 TIV.
