Trade-in values are based not just on your trade, but also on what model you're buying. When trading an iPhone 12 / 13, you'll get the best trade value when buying a similar model of new Pixel. For example:

Wouldn't it be nice if you could trade in an iPhone 12 and end up with a $800 gc that you could use to buy anything at BB. Yeah, they are not that dumb

They told me it would be no problem...then canceled it. Too late now, but they said it was because I used the same phone number (even though the first rep who helped me was the one who put the same phone number in). Oh well
