Easy landmine attachment, take a tennis ball and cut an X shape into one side, almost half the circumference of the ball. Stretch it over the end of an Olympic bar and slide the padded end into a corner (of a wall or a squat rack). Absolute game-changer.

I often leave them on both ends of the bar for safety, avoids hurting people or putting holes in walls.

I think there's also a sport that uses these, it's like Pickleball but bigger and bouncier. Seems hard.

Also great to add to C-Stands and Lightstands for photography using the same technique -- they often have multiple attachment points which are a steel bar with 1/4" threading on them that can be dangerous when adjusting lights (or people walking by them)

A quick check on Walmart and it looks like that's about right. Can get an 18 pack for about 50¢ per ball.

As a tennis player, these balls are really just for practice. I don't even like using them but since they are pressureless they are consistent for a longer period of time, but not sure the "lower bounce" is supposed to be helpful for newer players, as flat or sliced balls bounce even lower which would lead to non-consistent strokes or require additional foot movement to hit the ball on the peak of its bounce.

Best to stock up on these to fill a hopper for drills imo as they would work great for serves or someone feeding you balls from the net

Nah, the color might leech out to your clothes. Best to use dedicated dryer balls, like wool balls or those nubby plastic ones.
