This seem to be the regular version from Arkham Asylum, which was release in 2009. The one that was upgraded to Unreal Engine 4 is a different package which is call Return to Arkham.

I don't think so, look in the store Return to Arkham have that in title, and both games are $4.99 deal ends today, the one with the 3 games are regular old version for $5.99.
