  • DEWALT 16" industrial fan has 3-speed setting for easy control with airflow 1800/3000/4000 CFM. The 6' (1.8m) power cord can wrap under the controler for tidy storage.
  • The DEWALT DXF1616 benchtop fan is designed with a 360° rotating fan head that can direct airflow anywhere as you need, making it ideal for cooling or ventilating in large areas, such as workshop, home, patio, gyms, etc
  • DEWALT fan can convert from floor fan to hook hanging fan or wall mount fan for your need and convenience. Wall mount need 2 nails that each can load about 11lb (5kg). The nail diameter is about 0.31-0.47" (8-12mm), not included

I have one running in the garage 24/7 and it uses about 1.75 kwh per day on the lowest setting in case anybody was wondering about its energy usage.

I have one running in the garage 24/7 and it uses about 1.75 kwh per day on the lowest setting in case anybody was wondering about its energy usage.

I wonder why this doesn't show up on Dewalt's site? Discontinued?

Anyway, I don't buy the 4000 CFM rating unless the blades are really deep. A 3-bladed 16" fan with a 1-inch blade pitch would need to spin at close to 10,000 RPM in order for the blades to sweep out a volume of 4000 cubic feet. I figure at 3600 RPM, the blades are sweeping around 1500 CFM.

A dehumidifier would prob do a much better job at keeping the place comfortable if it's not that hot.

It's a good fan at a good price but this is the price it's been instore all summer. Maybe a lower price online and a deal if your store doesn't have any left.
