Anyway, I don't buy the 4000 CFM rating unless the blades are really deep. A 3-bladed 16" fan with a 1-inch blade pitch would need to spin at close to 10,000 RPM in order for the blades to sweep out a volume of 4000 cubic feet. I figure at 3600 RPM, the blades are sweeping around 1500 CFM.
