Just FYI: the green button takes you to USB-C and the link takes you to USB-A (both $3.99)

I had a shorter lightning version of this and it lasted a long time.
For "Amazon Basics" the quality was surprisingly good.
I'd be in for another if they had it in 3'

In for 3 on the Black USB-C versions... we are in a conversion period, up to when the new Apple phones release in Sept.

I bought some of these cables last summer and they didn't even last a month before the cables stopped charging. The cables are extremely stiff

Please don't get if you don't need. Lightning is as dead as Osama bin Laden. The moment you stop using your current iphone/ipad etc with Lightning port is when they all go to trash.

You have to think about others. When company comes over, be the man that has everything Wink

Apple has always been proprietary. Naturally their tech never gains mass adoption, because it's built just for them.

I don't know if this is the experience of other iPhone users but the Lightning plug side when I charge on USB-A gets extremely HOT and I sometimes auto pauses charging because of that.. Is this because I'm doing 2.1A?

It's never the case when I charge on USB-C. I'm thinking that USB-C forces a higher voltage with lesser Amps.
