Actually wearing these now... I don't like them at all. Material is flimsy and easy to damage. Zipper for the pockets is fragile and seems cheaply made. The inside of the pockets ALWAYS come out when you take something out of your pockets.

Agreed with everything you said. Hate mine. Speaking of the inside of the pockets, they are also weirdly shaped so say, a smartphone just doesn't fit properly.

Which is... what they were probably designed for.

Those pockets aren't designed to hold cell phones. Maybe a key fob...

TLDR? Great for working out, not great for stuffing pockets with cell phones.

I bought two pairs of these a while back and liked them enough to buy two more this year but I can't recommend them anymore.

The most annoying thing about these is the pockets. They're made of mesh, and in my previous pairs they were a little bit elastic so when walking around with a moderate load (phone, wallet, keys) they would slap the thigh a bit since they are only connected to the shorts at the top and one side. On the ones I got this year, the pockets themselves were way deeper and longer, and the mesh was significantly more elastic, so now I have items in the pockets that dangle out the bottom of the shorts and slap the thighs way more while walking around.

Also the lettering will eventually fall off if you dry them in the dryer too much.

For actual sports they're not bad as long as your pockets are empty.

I have a couple pairs of these that I wear to the gym. Love them, though I never use the pockets so the zipper and cheap pockets are no issue for me 😃

You can see your legs straight through the mesh pockets btw.
I think these are adequate for the price, but not as flexible as I think they could/should be.

I own two pairs and now in for a third. These are my go to shorts and I'm wearing them now. Zipper pockets are key though at times inner mesh lining gets stuck in zipper but not a deal breaker. I don't have high expectations at this price point, they are comfortable and functional.

Under armour Tech shorts are the best I've had. They used to be on deal very often before but not anymore. The material, feel, fit and functionality are all great in those shorts.

Also, under armor doesn't seem to be making many of the colors like white. Etc now.
