I would never suggest anyone use Adguard DNS to block ads on peacock. No sir, I would not tell people that using those servers in their router would block ads and stop xfinity from spying on your internet usage to sell to data brokers.

Must depend on the market area? Was free for a while (Gold). Last year they offered one year for $2.99 per mo. which increased to $5.99 on July 18, 2024 and will increase again on August 18, 2024 to $7.99 😟
Do you have to access it from your Xfinity tv or can you use the app?
My dad is a Diamond member and wouldn't use this so wondering if I could use his offer on their app.

"Click on it to accept offer then check your email and follow the instructions to activate Peacock TV for free"
If only it had been that easy. Check the Xfinity forums for the nightmare threads about the activation process not working as described. Hopefully they've fixed it.

Beware premium still littered with advertising.
Truth. Every few minutes. They're not long (~60 secs) compared to the typical broadcast ad break, but still obnoxious. I'd hate to see the non-"Premium" experience.

They really should not be using the term 'premium' when it has ads.
On the positive side, with their ad supported version the ads for movies are not bad. They show a few ads before the movie and then thats it and the rest of the movie shows ad free. Very tolerable and I wish all ad supported content was that way.
I'm platinum level and they sent me an offer to get peacock premium a while ago. The peacock works, but management of it on Xfinity websiite is all broken for me. Peacock points you to xfinity. Xfinity just goes to an error page. I haven't been in teh mood for a phone call to comcast.
