I think you're missing the 20% off coupon part (Step 1). If you've already used the coupon for another product, it will likely be unavailable.

I wonder if the coupon is YMMV because it wasn't available even on the sunscreen and I haven't bought any other Neutrogena products.

In the past, when I chose S&S, the delivery would be for the end of the month. Recently all my S&S orders have resulted in a 2-day delivery. This adversely affects my current S&S scheduled at the end of this month since I have eliminated or skipped so many items that I only have 2 remaining items to be shipped. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Oh, I didn't get the option of the 10% coupon on the first step. Consequently I only got a projection of $17.71 before taxes and after the $20.88 coupon and $2.03 off with the 5% S&S credit.
