Terrible products, terrible brand.

Go refurb/open box premium brand or OEM for china chairs. No point paying a brand premium for rebranded garbage. All of their online reviews are paid and astroturfed.

They are not made to sit in for hours I had an ergo and I spent 400 and sold it for 50 bucks
