Are they selling these cheap because Win 12 will be released in a couple of months? If so, hope Win 12 is a free upgrade from Win 11.

No, they are grey market serial numbers from corporate accounts that shouldn't be sold and end up deactivated in a few months or years from now.

Windows can be used without activation. There are ways to avoid the watermark. Not the end of the world anyway.
