Inspired by nearly a century of culinary craftsmanship, Le Creuset's Signature collection of enameled cast-iron cookware seamlessly blends classic form with enameled cast-iron construction that provides superior heat retention and distribution. This Dutch oven is designed to enhance slow-cooking by heating evenly and sealing in moisture.
- Wide cooking surface provides ample room for browning food on stovetop before slow simmering or braising.
- Enamel interior's light sand color makes it easy to monitor food while cooking, ensuring less sticking and burning.
- Stabilizers in lid prevent rocking and keep it snugly in place.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Made in France.
Commercial Grade: Thoughtfully designed and expertly engineered to meet rigorous standards and best practices from select commercial testing.

Do any owners of these Le Creuset models who use them daily (or almost daily) have any comments regarding durability? Are you still seeing no enamel wear after 5+ years?
Somehow I am skeptical that even on sale this is 10x better than a lodge dutch oven but I'm open to being convinced otherwise

That said, I've never had problems except when I get the cheap pans (they're so cheap sometimes!). Enamel wear shouldn't happen, regardless of LC or Lodge - you've spent too much money for that. I'd send it off before things get worse.
