Thanks for the heads up! I have seen this chair at Costco throughout the year and knew it would get clearanced out eventually, not a lot of interest (or they had a ridiculous amount of stock). Sits very low (even my 10 y/o thought so), but looks great and would be fine around a firepit. At this price I'll happily pick up a few, even for it to be primarily decorative or backup seating.

This chair gets brought back every year, but clears fast around the $20 range. There is also a matching small table that goes with it. At my location it was the same price ($19.97) so not sure if it's any lower elsewhere.

I meant brought back as in it's a seasonal item and comes back the following year. If I'm not mistaken, it has been this way for the last 3 years in my area and this year these were regularly listed at $69.99 in store while in the past they were $49.99

These things suck. They aren't particularly comfortable and creek any time you move in them. Not bad for $20 but we bought some a while ago and they seemed like they used heavier wood, so it was more solid, a couple of years ago vs what they do now but that may just be the specific chair I looked at this year.

While they not be as nice to look at I personally find the plastic adirondack chairs to be a lot more comfortable.

These are extremely uncomfortable and sit very very low. We got a couple and ended up returning them earlier this summer.

Yeah this thing isn't an impulse but at this price. I sat in it at the store and said nope. I have a $15 IKEA outdoor chair that is more comfortable.
