Get $50 back and your data spread out next time they are hacked. Don't see the deal.

So i'm going to guess i can't get the debit card and then buy a gift card to qualify..
so what do you spend $50 on at target?

I guess i can just buy something on sale for $50.. then get the discount.. use it,
then return the first thing i bought.. unless they have a really good deal on something
