This is an absolutely insane deal, buy now if you need a laptop. Also, if you have a semi new MacBook check the trade in value, some of them have extremely high trade in values.
Below prices and above hardware options on the right, there is a section for "Trade-In and Save" (ctrl + f if you can't find it). You can look it up there
Just snagged an open box excellent Space Black 14'' M3 Pro for $1413.99 and getting $825 for my 14'' M1Pro that I've had for the past 3 years. I'll also receive a $25 gift certificate with purchase.

I bought this computer a month ago at the apple store. Spent a day setting it up with all my music production software. Then it went on sale at costco, I returned it to apple, bought it from costco and spend another day setting it up again.
I don't think I have another whole day of setup in me again.
I know time machine is a thing, but it doesn't work transferring licenses over, which is the bulk of the process
