SMH, still waiting on my gamestop HOTAS. May just get this instead.

I've had 2-3 various versions of this HOTAS and all of them have eventually suffered stick drift. Just a heads up, it's a common well known issue with these sticks. YMMV.

Why is there no company out there that realizes they need to just take a regular dual analog controller and convert it into a heavy duty dual flight stick set up with extra mapped buttons for each finger on each hand? And then you can add crazy haptics to the base too, have some screw holes in the bottom so you can mount them into people's racing setups as well. This would be so awesome you could just play regular games with it, it would be better than controller. First person shooters would be off the hook!

I swear the tech world's gonna be lame forever

I got this for $55 back in 2019 and have been using it casually since then. i have not experienced stick drift. its a bit creaky. and in my opinion the throttle being a curvature movement feels a bit unnatural/uncomfortable. i personally would have preferred it to be a slider, but that would have increased the design and manufacturing costs. at this discount price its a fairly descent purchase. anything above would be overpaying, imho.

In for one, we just got our first "modern" game system (post-Switch) which is the Xbox Series S…availability of MSFS was a big selling point. I haven't played MSFS since taking off from Meigs Field and hitting the Sears Tower on early PCs.

Plus this stick is probably just as realistic as flying an Airbus IRL Smilie

Edit: Amazon was backordered until next week, BBY has delivery tomorrow…YMMV

I'm new to this, can someone recommend a game, either on PC or Xbox, that's arcade-y in gameplay for this joystick?

I use the ps version to use on my console and PC. play Ace Combat 7 in VR on my PS4 and Flight Simulator on PC with this. bought it for $40 years back so not sure if this will ever get to that price.
