Fiberglass hammers are low end. yes this fiskars has everything the top end hammers have. that said a homeowner who rarely uses a hammer would have no problems with a fiberglass one. higher end hammers have better anti vibration - the low end hammers don't supress vibrations which does long term damage to your wrist.
side note to self - MUST RESIST THE SLICKDEAL EFFECT - my DeWalt is just as good.

Personally, I consider milled face hammers as a specialty tool for professional framers and demolition. The milled face is made to grip the wood when hammering studs and joists into place before nailing them.
A smooth faced hammer is a better choice and more useful for most people, tradesmen and homeowners. A couple of advantages of a smooth face are: it won't mar wood or rip open your fingers if you miss, can be used to remove dents, dings or straighten metal, etc.

The Fiskars hammer in the op is better than the 2 hammers you linked. Fiskars is only a couple bucks more and has anti-vibration, magnetic nail holder, has a straighter claw (works better for prying and pulling nails) and a metal handle shaft that will take some abuse.
The hammers you linked have fiberglass handle shafts. Fiberglass will chip and splinter below the head when they hit something, ie : when you miss what you're aiming for or when abused as in demolition. Just the fact that it's a hammer means that it's going to be abused, that's what a hammer is for.
Just my opinion, I've been in construction for 30+ years. BTW, I just ordered the Fiskars in the op.
Avoid Fiskars products from here on out
