meanwhile, they make no mention of the sizeable and demonstrable positive health impacts to your bodies natural immune system when you have proper vitamin D levels -- 4,000 is not at all a danger to a normal human being that isn't getting PLENTIFUL sunshine -- unadulterated by 'sun screen' and curbed by living most of your life indoors.

People listened when they were told to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun (which your body uses to generate vitamin D for natural HEALTH reasons) and then slather chemicals on your skin to avoid damage and then blame the sun for massive spikes in skin cancer. People need to start questioning narratives from people and industries with billions of dollars at stake that depend on your belief in them. Go light on sunshine and vitamin D, experience a weakened immune system, need more medical interventions in your life. I can't imagine why they would try and keep people away from Vitamin D supplements. So weird. :-|

Be careful of dosage. "The Food and Nutrition Board indicates that even amounts less than the Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) of 4,000 IU (100 mcg) could have negative health effects over time".

Anyone with an open mind and a willingness to learn what's not being touted by the medical establishment should read over some of these articles so you can be better equipped to form an educated opinion, regardless of what it is.

Nonsense. 100,000 I.U. is toxic level. https://youtu.be/uAfVC4l5uZ0

They're both GMO products.
