Just be careful as G-Shocks tend to multiply quickly.

Don't forget to register the watch with Casio. They often extend the warranty one more year if your register it online. To be honest, is not like you will need that warranty anyways.

If you use stopwatch a lot (in the gym, sports, etc), beware: the reset button is the recessed "adjust" button. It makes it a big hassle to use that function.

I thought the same thing and ended up getting one a few months ago. It wears what feels like the same size as a world time casio and despite what the pictures suggest really doesn't feel as bulky as it looks. The rubber plastic housing protects the face of the watch much better than the semi exposed screen of other casinos or traditional analogue watches, and I feel comfortable wearing one when working, traveling, or doing something active. At this price I think its a great buy for what is an iconic(good and, to some, bad) and reliable watch.

I'll get one, love the display light. have the 5000u version, stainless steel backing and upgraded resin strap, really nice watch but led light it's better on the cheapest one. Thanks OP!

I bought this same watch and even though it shows electro luminescence on the listing it showed up with a white LED and updated module.
