Good price, but still haven't gotten the last order I did with them. Been well over a month.

They all work fine but if you're willing to wait you can get the brushless version of those for not a lot more.

At the same company? I've never ordered from them. I usually get my Milwaukee from HomeDepo

fyi, THIS IS NOT THE FUEL VERSION if that matters to you. I almost went to purchase, but had to do a double take.

I disagree somewhat - this is all 'bottom of the barrel' brushed M12 tools (including the 1.5AH batteries).. but I suppose it's a decent spread for a new homeowner's first power tool set..

The reason I disagree? Their latest & greatest gen3 M12 Fuel impact + hammerdrill set (which blow these out of the water & even outperform some other brands' 18V versions) often pops up for not much more than this, and with better batteries - here's a recent occurrence @ $199, all it's missing is the hackzall: https://slickdeals.net/f/17660550-3-tool-milwaukee-m12-combo-kit-w-fuel-hammer-drill-fuel-impact-driver-ratchet-199-free-shipping?src=SiteSearchV2Algo

Probably not the same company. I'd suggest watching for a deal of the day from Home Depot for the brushless M12 kits.

I have all of these tools and like them but the only standout is the ratchet. Lighter and more compact than my fuel ratchet. The rest are very cheap and the 1.5ah batteries are the lowest you can get. The CP3.0s are the same size with double capacity. CP1.5 has very cheap cells.

Edit: This is not a Home Depot deal? I would not buy. One of the reasons to buy Milwakee is to deal with HD and the 90-day brick and mortar return policy.

Yeah I bought this set 3 years ago for $199. Worth the price difference IMO unless you're really strapped for money and need a hackzall.

The Fuel versions are better across the board (with a few exceptions) but for 95% of basic homeowner tasks, this kit will do what you want for less money (and less jumping through hoops trying use hacks). Even the entry level Milwaukee M12 is still a quality tool.

I'm sure the fuel versions are amazing, but I still think this is a good price for this set. I have the regular m12 drill and impact and they perform great for my use cases. I just want something small and light as an alternative when I don't want to use the 18v set.
