Specs are good enough, but build quality is questionable since it is entry level laptop.
I would buy thinkpad series, which are much better in terms of build quality.

I like the Dell better with its 1920x1200 resolution an 16:10 aspect ratio. Seems like the touch screen is better quality than the non touch matte. Ram and SSD are easily upgradeable.

For Lenovo PSREF fans, the specs match part number 82SG00BLUS [lenovo.com] when it was new. It has a fingerprint reader and 2.5" SATA bay (though whether the cable is included is another story, as none of the models shipped with an SATA drive).
