Yes, but considering this is a prebuilt from Costco, you're covered if anything happens.

This is a decent price for a 1080p gaming/ streaming pc and a very good beginner content creator pc. Is this a legit slick deal? No. If the price goes $800 or lower, then it becomes a slick deal...

Any chance we see a well built 4070ti desktop PC for under $1K by Christmas?
Zero chance. At best, maybe a 4070 base with a gen 12 i7 for $1100+. They were still selling 3070ti desktops with DDR4 memory last holiday for $1200+. And chip prices are spiking a bit again this year.

I got random "critical process died" error crashes all the time. This is after updating drivers and trying everything. Does this mean defective hardware?

Do you have anything better for the same price ? I would say no.
So yeah, it's pretty slick.

Re-install to not have all the bloatware on your machine and that might make your machine less hot, and save the cpu for the apps you're running.

Selling your laptop and buying a new desktop are also very good: it's a way to put more money in the economy which will help the economy which is in a very bad situation now.
Economic expert over here..

Meanwhile, for anyone that doesn't just regurgitate political points with no facts behind them, and actually looks at economic stats, the US economy is at historic highs, inflation is slowing, and US GDP has grown every year since the pandemic. Other countries can't say the same.

But, good try..

Did that require a fresh install wiping everything? Or is there a way to downgrade built in ?

Used another PC to download win10 onto a flash drive using the windows media creation tool. Once done, connect to cyber pc and go into bios to boot from usb.

Everyone enjoying their purchase so far? So I see some recommended to downgrade this to windows 10 to avoid errors. Anyone kept windows 11 and it's still running fine?

X-posting here too. Anyone knows if the price difference ($550) is worth it vs the Walmart deal??
