Yes, but considering this is a prebuilt from Costco, you're covered if anything happens.

I purchased 9 instacart cards, paid the remaining ~$50 on a credit card for extended warranty. Total came to ~$770 delivered to my house. Had to purchase 7 cards from costco and 2 from sam's club.
Hi, about how much did you tip for the computer? you save 20% on the gift cards then there are fees and tip. Wondering how much tip is good for a single but expensive item.

don't go by the price. Go by the size of the item and the effort. It's about like having a case of water delivered. Costco is a 30 minute drive for me, so I'd tip a lot more than someone who lives around the corner.

so i'll give my comment on these since i bought a couple.

The lights stop worked properly within a month. Traced the issue down to the RGB chip controlling the lights. Tried contacting cyber power. They were going to send me a placement RGB chip. They kept calling it a fan contrroller board. I told them it doesnt control the fan..they said it controls the fan color. they said thats what its called. Fine. Offered to give them the part number and was told, oh they'll just get it from the case list. Ok. 6 days later i get an email "that case doesn't have a fan controller". I sent them the part number i'm looking for and they told me i'm going to have to ship the computer to them. Given that its in the costco 90 return window, i'll just return it and buy a new one.

So i bought a new one. within 2 days, the new one has BSOD about 20 times. So i took the RGB controller out of the new one and put it in the old one. Now the lights work, but for some reason 3 of the 4 fans and the lightbar are discolored and don't react to any sort of changes. They are just white. One fan and the power supply power light work fine. Thinking the bad chip did something to the fans since all the fans are daisy chained together. At this point i'm giving up and just keeping the machine with the broken lights since it works other then that and windows runs without issue.

Buy with caution.

This doesn't seem to be on the affected CPU lists I could find. The i5-14600 are on the list but not the 14400s. Since this is a 6p4e chip I'm pretty sure it's just a rehash of a 12th gen chip which isn't affected. As it is based on a completely different die it should be safe.

Im not sure why youre concerned. These midrange CPUs rarely showed any signs of issues to begin with (it was primarily the i9's and some i7's). The BIOS update that prevents this is already out, Intel extended their CPU warranties to 5 years, plus this is through costco so youre covered there too.
Just spend the 30 seconds installing the new BIOS when you get the PC and the problem will never occur.
Intel extended the warranty for BOXED CPUs to 5 years. This almost guaranteed to be a tray CPU not a boxed CPU. That means the warranty extension is from 1 year to 3 years not a 5 year warranty and the warranty would be through CyberPower and not Intel directly.

Followed the advice of posters and bought this computer using 9 instacart coupons. Paypal with 10% back for instacart enabled covered the rest.

Problems started a few days in. BSOD whenever I opened up Chrome. Clean uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Fine I'll use Edge.

Installed my first game (Black Myth), runs fine during game but then noticed that NVDA control driver was generating a load of errors on the event viewer. Then BSOD out of the blue while just looking at some of the errors on event viewer.

Followed advice of posters, and downgraded to Windows 10. Seems to be ok for now.

Pretty weird a new computer with 32 GB of RAM can't run Windows 11 properly, but I am not a computer guy.

Now not sure if I should just exchange the computer (not sure how it works with Instacart), or keep it.

Advice appreciated! Thanks!

I'm tempted to get this as I want to get back into PC gaming but the reviews everywhere make it a bummer. I'll hold off. It's nearing Black Friday anyways.

Everyone enjoying their purchase so far? So I see some recommended to downgrade this to windows 10 to avoid errors. Anyone kept windows 11 and it's still running fine?
Still running windows 11 on this and its running perfectly fine i use this daily for 12 hours at a time and do some video editing and gaming on this device as well.

Can someone who has purchased and received this computer confirm how many video ports there are? Description says 1 HDMI and 2 DP, but doesn't the RTX 4060 normally support 4?

CyberPowerPC always uses base setting and updated microcode bios since forever so none of their systems out of the box would have issues. Only brands that overclock would.

Purchased this while I was at Costco, but haven't opened the box yet while I do additional research. Does anyone know what model/speed DDR5, what brand/model SSD, and what power supply model is included? Yes, I know Costco would let me return an open box but the good consumer in me prefers to keep it sealed unless I plan to keep it. Thank you!

Was going to pull the trigger, but I read there's no space for adding internal drives. I run a RAID array but nowhere to put it in the case. Pass.
