FWIW, regarding range, it looks like the have almost the exactly same size battery so the estimated 28 miles on the A8 might be over estimating things.
I would look at other features to to determine which one would better suite your needs. The Costco warranty/customer service would be a big factor for me but YMMV.

5TH WHEEL V30PRO Electric Scooter with Turn Signals - 19.9 Miles Range & 18 MPH, 350W Motor, 10" Inner-Support Tires, Dual Braking System and Cruise Control, Foldable Electric Scooter for Adults.
I have this 5th wheel scooter and it's very good. My one complaint is that at 200 lbs, I only get about 12 miles of actual range. HiBoy S2 Pro had a few more miles of range, but due to cheap/crappy metal, it is very dangerous and mine snapped in half.
I'd post a deal for the 5th Wheel, but don't feel like it right now. Anyone who wants to post it, nice freebie for you!

If folding is absolutely necessary for your use case, there is no scooter I would recommend at all.
Electric scooters can fold while using them, creating a safety hazard.
